Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number and the details of your message. Like most sites, our hosting also records basic technical data, such as the pages visited and the type of browser.
How we use it
We use your message to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We use technical data to keep the site working and to understand which pages people read. We don't sell your information.
Who sees it
Our lawyers and staff see your message. Service providers that host the site or deliver its email handle it for us under their own confidentiality terms. We share more only if the law requires it or you ask us to.
Confidential details
The form isn't a private channel until we've agreed to work together. Please keep account numbers and privileged documents out of it.
How long we keep it
Messages from people we don't represent are kept only as long as needed to reply and to meet our obligations. Records of a client's matter are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent us by emailing hello@plumblinelaw.com. Some records we must keep, and we'll say which.
